John, Nora and their cherubs arrived yesterday at 7:30. They hung out at our house and then we all headed out to Richmond so they could see Harry Potter. The girls, Mom and I hit the Lion and Unicorn bookstore. If we weren't coming home I would throw myself on the mercy of the owner and work for him for free. Surrounded by kids books with amazing recommendations. you can sign up for their newsletter and find them on Facebook as well. And then my day was done. 356 pages of "The Knife of Never Letting Go" first of a trilogy could not put it down. The girls found new "Captain Flynn's" that haven't been released in the states yet. And a few other books. Must go back for more.
The Camagna contingent returned and picked up their suitcases and headed off to the hotel. The rest of us held our breath as we had booked it sight unseen. They're down the road at Kew Bridge. They crashed at 4pm. (hotel is fresh and lovely and new). V (the eight year old) was up at 2am drinking coffee. Apparently Noni had given him coffee in Mexico and now he drinks it every morning. Not sure if it's a good thing or pure and utter genius.
